Thank you for supporting SunWater! We hand-package and ship every order directly from our home workspace to yours. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your package will be handled.
1. Processing Times
  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 business days.
  • Large Orders: Big orders require more time to prepare and package before shipment. We require that you provide a heads-up before placing a big order
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 6 pm EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Weekend/Holiday Exclusions: We do not process or ship packages on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer the following flat-rate and calculated shipping options for domestic delivery:

3. Tracking Your Order
  • Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your label is printed.
  • Activation Time: Tracking information typically updates within 24hrs of order placed
4. International Shipping
  • Eligible Countries: We currently ship to United States, and Canada
  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: All customs fees, tariffs, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays: International transit may take 7-21 business days due to local customs processing.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken, please email us within 3 days with a photo of the damage and the packaging.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking status says "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or local postal carriers before contacting us. We are a small business and are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery, but we will gladly help you file a carrier claim.
